Alexandra Masson

Holding a PhD in cognitive science from the Institut national polytechnique de Grenoble and a PhD in philosophy from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, Alexandra combines scientific logic and intellectual curiosity in everything she undertakes.

Before joining Baseline in 2025, she worked for over 18 years in economic development, supporting technology companies and entrepreneurs with their business strategies and innovation projects. Today, as Business Development and Partnerships Strategist at Baseline, she leverages her expertise to support the cooperative's growth and outreach, while favouring sustainable and impactful collaborations.

Passionate about science and innovation, Alexandra is also actively involved in supporting the next generation of women in science. For 17 years, she has contributed to organizing the event Les filles et les sciences : un DUO électrisant, which she has chaired since 2023.

Outside of work, she cultivates her creativity and sense of wonder through her love for Disney, amusement parks, and documentaries, passions she always shares with enthusiasm.
