Caroline Talbot

With a bachelor’s degree in Leisure, Culture, and Tourism, Caroline brings extensive experience in managing diverse projects, particularly in cultural, community, philanthropic, and entrepreneurial contexts. Over the past several years, she has supported hundreds of young entrepreneurs in launching youth cooperative entrepreneurship projects, commonly known as Jeune COOP. This experience has provided her with a deep understanding of the cooperative model and its associated governance principles.

Additionally, Caroline has worked with the Festival OFF de Québec, where she coordinated event production while fostering strategic partnerships with local businesses. Her new role at Baseline provides an ideal opportunity to combine her passion for cooperative development and project management.

On a personal note, Caroline is passionate about traveling, reading, hiking, and cooking.
