Élise Gauthier

With a bachelor's degree in marketing and business technology management, complemented by a master’s degree in marketing from the University of Sherbrooke, Élise combines strategic rigour and creativity in everything she undertakes.

Since January 2024, she has been leading marketing activities at Baseline, drawing on more than two years of experience. From strategic planning to the concrete execution of various initiatives, she ensures the cooperative shines while aligning each action with the team’s vision. What drives her: creating impactful, meaningful actions that align with Baseline’s values.

Outside of work, Élise is passionate about travel, discovery, and spending quality time with friends, a balance she cultivates with the same energy she invests in developing the Baseline brand.
